If an iPhone app seems to be locked up hold the Home button for six seconds. This should bring you to Home.

Now, if that doesn't work, don't worry. You can try reseting your iPhone: simply hold the sleep/wake button and the home button and the same time. Press and hold until the Apple logo appears.

How to find your IP address

For Windows users:

  • go to Start and click Run... 
  • Type cmd. A black box will appear. 
  • Type in ipconfig and press Enter. 

Your IP address will be displayed. Other informations like your DNS address may appear.
