Don't send the same email twice a day. People do read their emails, but they also have priorities, agendas, meetings... A forwarded email like "In case you didn't get this" not only is unnecessary, but also impolite. 

Make sure to observe the time frame of your recipient. Most companies usually reply in 48 hours to a normal query and in 3-8 hours to urgent matters.

Write a meaningful subject line. 

32 OMM-PRM Invitation is more likely to be considered a spam than a true email. 

Do avoid sending mails with no subject. Also, avoid using words as "Urgent - please read" with multiple exclamation marks... I already posted a tip about that.
