Rest and renewal at regular intervals of work is good not only for your body, but also for your mind.  

In his book, Sleep and Wakefulness, sleep researcher Nathaniel Kleitman discovered something he called the "basic rest-activity cycle" — which lasts 90 minutes. Our sleep goes from light to deeper and deeper and then all aver again, from deep to light.  He observed also that our bodies work the same way during the day. When we are awake, our energy level goes up and down every 90 minutes.
